If you were searching for Maitland or Cicero, you are in the right place. While our name has changed, our people, expertise and commitment to clients remain the same. We now operate under one unified brand: H/Advisors, bringing together more than 30 years of experience in strategic communications, financial communications, crisis management, and public affairs.
The legacy of H/Advisors Maitland
Maitland, founded in 1994, built its reputation as a trusted adviser to boards, executives, and investors during moments of profound scrutiny and change. From the outset, Maitland specialised in corporate communications, capital markets, and reputation management – helping organisations navigate transactions, crises, activism, and regulatory pressure with clarity and confidence.
The legacy of H/Advisors Cicero
Cicero, established in 2001, emerged as politics, policy, and public opinion became central to business success. Cicero quickly became recognised as a leading public affairs and policy advisory firm, advising clients on government relations, stakeholder engagement, and complex regulatory environments. Its intellectually rigorous, insight‑led approach shaped conversations at the highest levels of business and government.
In 2001, Maitland joined Havas and over the years, Cicero and other specialist advisory firms joined the network, deepening collaboration across markets and disciplines.
What this means for Maitland and Cicero
The Maitland and Cicero names represent extraordinary legacies. They helped shape modern corporate communications and public affairs advisory in the UK. Today, we are retiring the names, as our firms become part of a larger, unified story.
Looking ahead as H/Advisors
Under H/Advisors, we bring together shared values – senior attention, intellectual rigour, discretion, and impact – with the resources and global reach of the Havas network.
We are proud of what we have built over the past three decades. And we are even more excited about what comes next.
