Billy Moran

Billy supports a range of clients across the business, including real asset investors, real estate investment trusts, asset managers, private equity firms and venture capital funds. He leads the company’s real estate team alongside management.

Prior to joining H/Advisors, Billy spent five years at Blackstock Consulting, a firm which was acquired by Montfort Communications in 2022. There he worked with some of the UK’s largest institutional investors and was instrumental in raising the profile of the life sciences real estate and modular housing sectors, which sit at the heart of the government’s ‘science and tech superpower’ ambitions.

Billy also has experience advising c-suite executives on business strategy.

As a history and politics graduate, he has a passion for storytelling and joining the dots between different policy areas for his clients.
